1. To our Good relation with Overseas Buyers and  to get the best deals for you we understand that we cannot possibly hold stock for all your requirements. To cover this gap we have a special service for overseas dealers and importers. Through this system they are able to participate in the local auctions for which we are members. These include most of the private, company and lease auctions in South Japan.

2. Maximum of the auctions do not print their lists of cars till the morning of the auction day. However, in some auctions we get the list a day before the auction day. As soon as we get it, we try to identify as many cars as possible that are closest to what our customers have shown an interest in. This list of wanted cars is compiled from the dealer inquiry forms that we receive. We shortlist the details, translate them into English, and send them out to the customers as soon as possible. We try our best to give as much time as possible to our customers to send us their FOB or CIF target quotes. In most cases the response from our customers reaches us within a few minutes, or just before the auction starts in Japan. Once we have the quotes, we bid in the auctions on behalf of our customers.

3. Anyway, if you are a dealer who always wants to see the photographs of the cars before making your decision, or, if you are not sure that you can reply before the auction starts, then we do not suggest this style of buying for you. We do not charge for this service from our customers or dealers, but we also would not like to waste your time and our effort, if this style of buying is not suitable to you.
